My love for desserts started in childhood.
I used to spend hours in the kitchen with my mum, baking for our family and loved ones.
Those moments, filled with sweet smells and laughter, shaped my love for authentic, honest flavours — and taught me that happiness often starts with something simple and sweet.
My professional journey - Learning through experience
A few years later, I had the opportunity to work for three years in a pastry factory here in the UK.
It was an incredible experience that taught me precision, discipline, and respect for every detail.
That’s where I discovered the true balance between flavour, texture, and beauty.
Family & purpose - the sweetest inspiration
When my first little boy was born, I wanted to offer him desserts that were as natural and wholesome as possible — without artificial flavours, with a gentle, balanced sweetness.
It was hard to find desserts like that, so I decided to create them myself.
And that’s how my true journey began — with love, curiosity, and a desire to make something better.
Continuous growth - A time to grow
During the pandemic, I finally had the time to slow down, learn, and perfect my craft.
I attended professional pastry courses, experimented, and refined my recipes until I found what defines me today: desserts that are modern, balanced, and crafted with care in every detail.
