1. Terms & Conditions
Orders

All cake and dessert box orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance.

For larger events (corporate, private parties, candy bars), orders must be placed at least 1 month in advance.

All products are handmade. Please note that minor variations in design or colour may occur.
Prices & Payments
-
Prices are shown in GBP (£).
-
A 30% deposit is required to secure all orders. The remaining balance is due upon collection or delivery.

For custom cakes, the final price is confirmed once the cake is weighed (excluding decorations). Decorations are charged separately.

Accepted payment methods: card payment, bank transfer, or cash on collection.
Cancellations
-
For cakes and dessert boxes: cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a deposit refund.

For large event orders (corporate, candy bars, private parties): cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to receive a deposit refund.
-
Cancellations made after these deadlines will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Delivery & Collection
-
Collection is from Hatfield, UK.
-
Free delivery within a 5-mile radius of Hatfield. Delivery fees apply beyond this area, based on distance and travel time.

Once the cake or desserts have been collected or delivered in good condition, responsibility passes to the client.

The client is responsible for safe transport and proper storage. Instructions will be provided, but any damage after collection/delivery is the client’s responsibility.
Allergens & Food Safety

Products may contain: gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, soya.

While every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, products are made in an environment where these allergens are present.

Products are not recommended for individuals with severe allergies or intolerances.
2. Delivery & Returns

Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of cakes and desserts, returns are not accepted once the order has been collected or delivered.

3. Privacy Policy

When placing an order, I may collect: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and payment details.

When signing up for the newsletter or promotions, I may collect: your name and email.
